NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING 2020-2021

Northwest Forsyth American Little League will hold its ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS AND ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS for the 2020-2021 Season on Sunday, September 27, 2020, at 4:00 P.M. at the NWFALL complex concession stand (1400 Runabout Road, Pfafftown NC 27040).

The purpose of this Annual Meeting is to elect new members, elect the NWFALL Board of Directors for the 2020-2021 season, receive reports, review the constitution, appoint committees, and transact such other business as may be appropriate.

At the Annual Meeting every eligible Member of NWFALL may cast a ballot for members to be elected to the NWFALL Board of Directors.

Members of NWFALL automatically include all current Managers, Coaches, Volunteer Umpires, and Board Members.  Any adult person actively interested in furthering the objectives of NWFALL may become a Member upon nomination and election.
