Volunteer Umpire Incentive Program

If the Adult Umpire umpires 2-4 or more games (Minors/Majors/Juniors/Seniors BB and SB) will receive:

·         Umpire Shirt

·         Water during the game

·         Recognition at Opening Ceremonies

·         Invitation to our Volunteer & Sponsor Thank You Dinner (Recommend to Board)

·         Reassurance that the NWFALL Board will support the umpires and enforce the Good Sportsmanship Policy

If the Adult Umpire umpires 5 to 9 games during the Spring season: In addition to the incentives listed above, the umpire would receive:

·         Umpire Pants

·         $50.00 VISA Gift Card

If the Adult Umpire umpires 10 -14 games: In addition to the incentives listed above (both categories), the umpire would receive:

·         Registration Refund for one child or $100 VISA Gift Card

·         Umpire Equipment Reimbursement up to $50.00

If the Adult Umpire umpires 15-19 games: In addition to the incentives listed above (ALL categories), the umpire would receive:

·         $100 VISA Gift Card

·         Umpire Equipment Reimbursement up to $75.00

If the Adult Umpire umpires 20+ games: In addition to the incentives listed above (ALL categories), the umpire would receive:

·         $100 VISA Gift Card

·         Special Recognition at the Thank You dinner

·         Umpire Equipment Reimbursement up to $100.00

Managers are eligible and encouraged to participate in the Umpire Incentive Program. The home minors managers are required to provide an adult base umpire at each game. This adult will receive 1 game credit towards Umpire Incentives.

Umpires who have a desire to possibly work at the Regional, or World Series level, can request additional equipment reimbursements in lieu of the VIsa gift cards.
